Animal Attunement

I have lived alongside animals my whole life. Horses and dogs in particular have been some of my greatest teachers, mirrors of what is present beneath the surface.My foundation in veterinary nursing gave me an early and precise understanding of how animals hold and express experience through the body. This deepened through years of working with the human system through movement, dance, physical training, yoga, and yoga philosophy, giving me a deeper understanding of the physical body and how we respond to life.Alongside this, years of immersion in consciousness, sound and frequency, and the more subtle layers of energetic being gradually opened my perception - to feel into another system and sense what is asking to be met.That capacity has been refined through my own sustained process of working through physical, emotional and energetic layers. Through this lived experience, my perception opened in a way that allows me to feel into other beings’ systems and work with them in a direct and responsive way - supporting a return to their original, coherent state. This is the foundation of how I work. It cannot be taught in a course. It is earned through embodied practice.I create intentional music tuned to 432Hz, structured around the harmonic frequencies of the chakra system. Sound is part of how I sense into the field of an animal, alongside body, breath and awareness.I live off-grid, close to the land, in rhythm with natural systems, and follow a clean, plant-based way of living. This supports clarity within my own system and allows me to remain open, receptive and clear in the work.Animals, like humans, hold experience across multiple layers - physical, emotional and more subtle fields that conventional approaches may not reach. What appears on the surface is rarely the whole picture. When only the visible layer is addressed, there is often a ceiling to how fully a system can return to its natural state.This work supports a remembering of that original coherence - not by fixing, but by meeting what is present and allowing the system to reorganise through attunement, presence and relationship.This is lived, embodied and responsive - guided through direct perception and connection within the shared field.

How this works

If you feel this is something you would like to explore for your animal, please fill out the questionnaire below. This allows me to tune in to the animal's system and sense what is present before we begin.
If your animal is local, I can come to you for the initial connection. I am also able to travel further afield where travel is covered. If not, this can be done entirely remotely.Following this first connection, I continue to attune to the animal's system from the land where I live over a period of a few days. This allows me to stay connected to the field and observe what is unfolding as the system begins to respond and reorganise.
After a session, a period of integration is important, as shifts often take time to filter into the physical system. Changes tend to unfold gradually as the body and energy system reorganise - this is a natural part of the process.
For more complex situations, I generally recommend working across a lunar cycle (28 days), or a full seasonal cycle of approximately three months. This allows space for both attunement and integration, so that deeper changes can land and stabilise within the system.
